Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us immediately providing clear photos so that we can resolve the problem quickly.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items meeting the same conditions and the 14 day lead time. Exchange will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds
Once the return has been inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
