Exchange Policy
At Etrevia, we offer exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you would like to exchange an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to submit your request.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

Exchange processing
Once your exchange request has been approved, we will send you the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defective product or an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-exchangeable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be exchanged. This includes any item that has been used, damaged, or is missing its original packaging. Please refer to our full terms and conditions for the complete list of non-exchangeable items.
